With lots of paved open spaces and angled surfaces the congressional center and, sometimes, concert arena is ideal for these types of activities. The Forum won't win the award for "best smelling area" in Barcelona, though. The city council seems more concerned with overseeing the mushrooming of high-rise hotels in the area than dealing with the odeur of sewage that prevails. Still, not bad enough to stop you bringing something with wheels to roll around on....
